Mark has been an active member of the Movement from his days of a Cub Scout to now. He has served as a leader in all sections and was among the first youth representatives to the National Executive. Mark works professionally as a historian and educator and also holds a certificate in NGO Management, from The University of the West Indies (UWI). He enjoys running and is a certified Level 1 Athletics coach under the IAAF.
